Research Fellow
Body
I completed my PhD at Curtin university in 2019, which focused on seed survival and recruitment in fire prone ecosystems. I work closely with conservation agencies to ensure my research is applicable and practical.
My research interests are
- Disturbance ecology, including weed invasion and fire - and the combined effect of fire and weed invasion.
- Seed and plant trait interactions
- Fire ecology and the effects of changes to fire regime
- Soil dynamics during fire and the utilization of new technology to increase our ability to capture variability within fires.
